Our Therapists

Luke Brown

Clinical director & Consultant

With over 15 years experience including working with Premier league football and Super League rugby teams as well as part of the London 2012 pre-olympic training camps. Luke is a the highly skilled and experienced clinical director of the practice. Graduating Salford University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Rehabilitation and a Post Graduate Diploma from Sheffield Hallam University. Luke is an award winning sports coach and a former Great Britain International judo player and BJJ Purple belt.

Joanne Philbin

Lead Physiotherapist

Qualifying in 1995 with a Physiotherapy degree from Manchester University followed by post-graduate study in 2002. Joanne is currently the advanced physiotherapist at Warrington Hospital working across out-patients and A&E With 18 years NHS experience working at Whiston, St.Helens and Newton hospitals, Joanne is the lead Bupa registered physiotherapist at the clinic.

  At short notice, on Christmas Eve Luke got me in to surgery. He took only a few minutes to identify my shoulder issue and put me on the road to recovery.

This isn’t the first time he’s been so quick to help me and hopefully the exercises he’s given me can help me recover over the next couple of weeks to start training again.

Such a nice bloke, made me feel comfortable and welcome. Nothing seems too much.
