When you arrive a member of our team will greet you and seat you at the waiting area if necessary. Once ready your therapist will introduce themselves welcoming you into the clinic – average waiting time is 2 minutes.
You should wear comfortable clothing such as a loose top, tracksuit or shorts that you feel able to easily move around in. Your therapist may need to visually assess you in terms of movement and posture, as well as move different areas of your body, so these should be accessible and visible.
As well as cash payment we are able to take debit and credit card payment including Visa, Mastercard and American Express in addition to contactless and mobile payments including apple pay and android pay.
We no longer accept payment via cheque.

You are more than welcome to have someone chaperone you during your treatment. In some cases a chaperone is compulsory, such as for children or someone with special needs.
No. If you are self-referring and paying for your own treatment then you do not need to see your GP first.
If you use private medical insurance you may require a GP’s referral, depending on your insurer’s requirement. You should always check with your insurance company before attending your first session.
Missed appointments, or any appointment changed, altered, moved or cancelled for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice may be fully charged.
